What this website is

Joina is an event management platform for producers, and it’s still being built. This website shows what we’re building and takes signups from people who want to use the platform before it launches.

Nothing on this website is a sale, an offer or a contract. The platform will have its own terms, which you’ll be able to read before using it.

Early access list

Joining the list is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.

  • Signing up doesn’t guarantee access to the platform or a date for it: we invite people gradually, as the platform gets ready.
  • Give accurate details and an e-mail address that’s yours.
  • You can leave the list at any time by writing to team@joina.cc.

Prices and features

The prices, fees, payout times and features shown on the website, including in the simulator, are a preview and may change before launch. The simulator’s results are estimates.

The values that apply are the platform’s at the time you sign up for it.

Using the website

When using the website, you may not:

  • use it for anything illegal or that infringes other people’s rights;
  • sign up another person without their permission;
  • try to access restricted areas, get around its security or disrupt how it works;
  • send bulk or automated signups.

Intellectual property

The Joina brand, logo, text, illustrations and code of this website belong to Joina or to those who licensed them to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website online and its information accurate, but it may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, Joina isn’t liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website’s content.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last change; if it’s an important one, we’ll tell the people on the list by e-mail.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in the courts where they live.
