What you need to know before selling with Joina.
Is there a monthly fee or a contract?
No. Joina charges a fee per sale and, at a free event, per check-in above the 150 free ones.
Who pays Joina's fee?
The fee comes out of each sale, so you pay it. You choose whether to pass the Pix and card fee on to the buyer, in part or in full.
When does the money reach my account?
By Pix, 1 day after the sale. By card, 30 days after the sale. For tabs paid by card, you choose between receiving right away, at 6%, or in 30 days, at 4.5%.
What if a free event goes past 150 check-ins?
Each extra check-in costs R$0.80. The first 150 stay free.
Do half-price and complimentary tickets pay a fee?
A half-price ticket is a paid ticket: the fee is 8.5% of the half price, with a minimum of R$2.00. A complimentary ticket is a free batch and counts toward the free check-ins.
What if I need to give the money back?
When a sale is refunded or the event is cancelled, the buyer gets back what they paid, and Joina doesn't charge the fee for that sale.
How does the tab work?
Guests order and pay whenever they like, on the event's website, by Pix or card. Joina keeps 2% of each payment, plus the payment method's fee.
